Suggested Itinerary
Day 01 : Fly to Gongar Airport , O/n Hotel.
Fly Kathmandu to Lhasa. Upon arrival at Gonggar airport,
you shall be met and transfer provided to Lhasa City
which is 93 kms takes two hrs.
Day 02 & 03 : In Lhasa
Visit the Potala Palace, Norbulinka Palace, Drepung
Monastery, Sera monastery, Jokhang Temple & Barkhor
Bazaar.
Day 04 : Lhasa to Chu Xui at 4300m,
60 kms O/n Camp.
Cycling trip from Lhasa to Chu Xui (60 km) and camp
before Gampa la Pass.
Day 05 : Chu Xui to Yamdruktso Lake
at 3700 M, 65 Kms, O/n Camp.
Cycling trip from Chu Xui to Yamdork Lake (65 km)
Via Gampa La pass (4794m) set up camp near Lake Side.
Day 06 : Yamdruktso to other side
of Karo La Pass, 4700 M, 68 KM, O/n Camp. Cycling
trip from Yamdork Lake to Karo la pass (5,010m) which
is camp near the Mt. Nye Jing Kang Sang because you
can see very nice view from the glacier, which is
completely snow covered.
Day 07 : Karo La Pass to Gyantse
3580 M, 65 kms O/n Hotel.
Cycling trip from Karo la to Gyantse (65 km) via Sime
la pass (4500m) Over night group will stay (3950m)
in Gyantse and stay at Cheng Zang Hotel with attached
bathroom.
Day 08 : Gyantse- Shigatse alt 3900,
90km, O/n Hotel.
Cycling from Gyantse to Shigatse , and over night
group will stay (3900 m) in the town of Shigatse in
Shigatse we will visit Tashilhunpo Monastery, Tibetan
Free Market & Shalu Monastery.
Day 09 : Shigatse -Shab Valley 4000m,62
kms, O/n Camp.
Cycling from Shigatse to Shab valley and we will set
up camp at 4000 m.
Day 10 : Shab Tashigang Valley-Tashigang
Valley 4250m,60 kms O/n Camp. Cycling from Shab
to Tashigang valley (60 km) before Tso La pass, we
will set up camp at beautiful meadow overlooking view
of Mountains and villages.
Day 11 : Tashigang -Lhatse at 4050
M/67 Kms/On Camp.
Cycling from Tashigang to town of Lhatse (60km) before
Gyatso la pass, we will set up camp at 4050 m crossing
over Tso La pass ( 4800m)
Day 12 : Lhatse-Gyatso Valley alt
4200m,dis 70kms, O/n Camp.
Cycling from Latse to Gyatso Valley (70 km) crossing
over Gyatso la pass (5,220 m) and we will set up camp
at 4200 m.
Day 13 : Gyatso Valley to Tashi Zom
Valley alt 4140m,dis alt 65km, O/n Camp. Cycling
from Gyatso valley to Tashi Zom valley (50 km) crossing
over Pang la pass (5150m) which is the second highest
pass between Lhasa to Kathmandu. There you can see
very beautiful landscape view of Mt. Everest in the
middle and Lhotse in the left and Cho Oyu in the right
side. Over night we will set up camp before valley
of Tashi Zom (4140m)
Day 14 : Tashizom-Rongbuk Monastery
alt 4902 O/n Guest House.
Cycling from Tashi Zom to Rongbuk Monastery (50 km)
and we will set up camp there (4920m) which is the
highest camping place for your trip. It is only 8
km away from Rongbuk to Everest Base Camp and view
of Everest is spectacular.
Day 15 : Rongbuk-Everst Base Camp
at 5200m, 8 kms O/n Camp.
Cycling 8kms, one hrs riding ,Explore entire day around
Everest Base Camp , effort to get to Camp one.
Day 16 : Everest Base Camp-Tashi
Zom, 4300 m, 60 kms, O/n Camp.
Cycling from Everest base camp to Valley of Tashi
Zom before Pang La pass we will set up camp at 4140
m. Day 17: Tashizom to Old Tingri alt 4300m,70 kms,O/n
Camp. Cycling from Tashi Zom to Old Tingri (70 km)
and we will set up camp at 4300 m. From here you can
very nice view of Mt. Everest at left and Cho Oyu
at right side.
Day 18 : Old Tingri-Mainphu Valley
alt 4350 m, 73 kms, O/n Camp.
Cycling from Tingri to Mainpu Valley (70 km) before
La Lung La pass, we will set up camp at 4350 m.
Day 19 : Mainphu Valley-Nayalam alt
3750, 70 kms, O/n Lodge.
Cycling from Mainpu Valley down to the town of Nyelam
(70 km) crossing over La Lung La pass (5,050m) highest
plateau of the World with typical view of Tibetan
landscape offering sheer feeling of standing on the
roof of the World. And breathtaking close up view
of Xishapangma (8,212m) and Mt. Everest (8,848m).
Day 20 : Nayalam - Sukhete beach
Resort
Morning cycling down to the border of Tibet - Nepal
Kodari (28 km), after completing immigration and cross
into Nepal side and continue cycling to Sukute Beach
Resort, enjoy fabulous meals, drinks.
Day 21 : Rafting In Bhotekoshi River
20 kms, 4 hrs, drive to Kathmandu.
Drive to starting point of Rafting and enjoy an exciting
rafting trip encountering every minute Rapids + 3
grade. We raft for twenty kilometers, pack the things
in the car coach and drive to Kathmandu 50 Kms.
