Our most of camping treks take to the
remote areas where foreigners enjoy the real local
culture, breathtaking views of Himalaya, Beautiful
isolated villages, historically & naturally famous,
only fewer are visited pristine route easy low altitude
to strenuous high altitude in order to participate
local and to develop eco tourism. Langtang Region,
Everest Region and Annapurna is most visited trekking
areas where local has owned comfortable lodges where
we offer camping trekking too. At Camping Trek, we
trek as a self contained unit carrying out food &
camping equipment. We used quiet village's trails
that lead us through terraced rice fields paradise,
magnificent forests and ideal valleys rarely found
by other Trekkers. We provide trained staffs who escort
your trek are friendly and humors. English speaking
Trekking staff, Guide/Sherpa Sirdar, who will provide
you well information and introduce you to local culture,
flora and fauna. Our trekking guide/ Sherpa Sirdar,
Sherpa pitch camp, serve meals and conventional assist
you on the trail. Porters, Yaks, donkeys (mules) carry
all the food, camping equipment and trekkers personal
belongings. You carry only day pack with you drinking
water bottle, camera, pullover and anything you think
you may need during the day.
Our professional cook prepare three
time meals a day (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner).He is
well trained & educated of hygienic variety, He
has broad knowledge to cook different dishes, like
Mexican, Indian, Chinese and Italian and all are prepared
to Western hygiene standards to keep you healthy.
If someone prefer to have pure Nepalese food will
be served during the treks Nepalese food included
Daal (pulse) bhat (rice) Gudruk ko tarakari (dried
vegetables curry) is the special one. Please remember
that Maxican & Italian dishes prepared in typical
way. You are not required to help for food preparation:
if some bodies' wishes to help you are allowed, share
the ideas with our cook and you remember that you
are on yours holiday. If one has birth day in trekking
period, do not worry, yours cook prepare special birthday
cake for the birth day celebration. If, one of member
is going to have birthday in Tour, please inform us
in advance. That will help us for precise preparation.
DAILY FEATURE ON CAMPING TREKKING
6:00 to 6:15 AM : Wake-up call
saying good morning tea/coffee ready and a bowl of
warm water bring in front of yours tent for washing
after you pack yours personal gears. You start to
enjoy breakfast; Sherpa Staffs pack the rest of unpacked
things, tents, matters etc.
6:45 to 7:00 AM : Breakfast consists
of oatmeal, Porridge/muesli, eggs, bread or chapatti,
Pancake with butter/jam/honey/peanut butter and tea/coffee/hot
chocolate.
7:30 to 8 am AM : Commence walk
gradually through villages, rice terraced field, forest,
along River, Grassy meadow slope enjoying landscapes,
make picture, Video observe local activity and atmosphere,
sweat little bit, take a short break, Gasping slowly,
Kitchen crew walk fast leaving clients behind in order
to prepare Lunch. Some porter walk behind you, some
goes faster. Yours guide walk all the time with you.
12:00 to 12:30 PM : At Lunch
camp. Yours kitchen crew welcome you offering a glass
of drinks, it can be tea, Juice or what ever, then
serve freshly cooked hot Lunch, The lunch is prepared
by an excellent kitchen crew and might consist of
rice, daal, French fries, items of noodles, Macaroni,
fried rice, meat, vegetables, fruit and tea/coffee.
02 to 03:00 PM: Halt fin the camp, Teatime with tea/coffee/hot
chocolate, biscuit and a lot of time to relax or visit
to local people's home, climb couple of hundred meters
for acclimatization,
6:00 PM : Dinner tables are set
in the mess tent (lit by pressurized kerosene Petromax
(Light)). Dinner always contains soup, a main course
(mostly with meat), dessert and tea/coffee/hot chocolate.

FUN & ENTERTAINMENT
After dinner, yours staff enjoy half an hrs in their
wide dinning tent, singing typical local song, play
music MADAL, Flute, that is a kind of musical drum set,
those interested join with them, learn little bit about
Nepalese & Tibetan dialect. 8.30 To 9:00 PM: Bed
time to be ready for an early wake-up in the morning.

we encourage our staff, and use kerosene during entire
trip preparation for food, drinks to conserve nature
& Forest.
Raw materials: Our staffs/ team are encourage to use
local production as possible to create some financial
support to Locals, we buy such as; vegetable, rice,
grain those not available en route we organize from
Kathmandu.

Canned Tin, Glasses, those thingsfinished we carry with
to the proper Place to destroy or to store.

HYGIENIC FOOD & WATER PREPARATION
Meals are prepared by well-trained cook. Special care
is taken to serve well-boiled and purified drinking
water everyday on trail to ensure that our trekkers
stay healthy and enjoy.
FUEL FOR COOKING
We use kerosene fuel for all clients and staff on all
our camping treks. When we use local services like lodges
we patronize and encourage those lodges who have adopted
ecologically safe methods in use of fuel and waste management
- thereby encouraging other lodges to implement similar,
or better, methods.
DISPOSAL OF WASTE
Our trail staffs are trained in the correct disposal
of waste. All biodegradable waste is burned and buried
before breaking camp every morning. Care is taken to
fill in toilet holes after use. It is our policy to
porter all non-degradable waste (viz: used batteries,
tins cans, bottles, plastic, etc.) out of the mountains.
All our trip members are briefed about requirements
regarding waste disposal before starting. All paper
and dry tissue are collected and burned by our crew.
Plastic, tins, foil, batteries and other non- biodegradable
items are to be taken back to proper place.
STAFF INSURANCE
we take pride in the fact that every single porter and
guide employed by us is not only well paid but also
protected by a life insurance policy. They are provided
with warm clothing and proper shelter on all high altitude
treks. All our treks benefit the village economics by
using local services (manpower, produce, lodges and
other services).
