We grade each tour according to its
level of challenge. Here is a description of each
grade with an additional plus indicates the trip is
at the harder end of the grade.

The traveling is adventure by the destination and
the pace generally relaxed. Short day walks may be
involve holiday will suit most ages and fitness levels.
Easy plus trip are our easiest treks walking ups and
down hills. On well defined trails and with trekking
days that rarely exceed 4 to 6 hrs or more than 10
kilometers. Altitude will not exceed 3000 Meters.
Walking on well defined trails are more ups and downs
than our easy treks. Treks may last up to two weeks
and there will be some solid days walking of up to
6 to 7 hrs or more than 10 kilometers a day. Altitude
will not exceed 4,500 Meters. A reasonably good level
of fitness is recommended.
Trekking may involve walking up to 7 hrs occasionally
more traveling between 6 and 15 kilometers over hilly
terrain on well defined trails altitude exceed 3000
Meters to over 5000 Meters. These trips are involves
both Camping and Lodge stays up to three weeks.
A high level of physical preparations is essential,
as you will be walking up to 6-7 hrs a day something
on small track s altitude often exceed 4000 Meters
with some days spent trekking above 5200 Meters. These
trips involve Camping and three weeks and longer.
STRENUOUS / MOUNTAINEERING
These are challenging treks or climbing expedition
moving above the snowline using ice axe Crampons and
Ropes, under supervision and instruction from yours
trek Guide, Sirdar, Leaders. This trip requires high
level of psychological and Physical stamina. Prior
trekking experience is certainly advantage, though
